How to reset your password

The good news: our website is new and better than ever! The other news: you may need to update your password! Best of all, it’s easy to reset your password. Here’s how:

Step 1:

Go here: https://www.lazarusnaturals.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/

Step 2:

Enter your email & hit the reset password button.

Step 3:

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

Step 4:

Click the link in your email and it will redirect you to the page where you will enter your new password. You must make sure to close any previous browser windows you have open before clicking this link. The reset will only work in a new browser window.

Step 5:

Enter your new password and hit save.

Open the browser app on your mobile device

Tap the numbered box in the lower right corner of the screen
On the next screen, tap the X in the upper right corner of each tab thumbnail OR to close all the tabs at once, tap Close All

FIREFOX

Tap the numbered box in the lower right corner of the screen
On the next screen, tap the X in the upper right hand corner of each tab OR select the garbage can icon and Close All Tabs from the pop up

SAFARI

Tap the two overlapping boxes in the bottom right corner of the screen
Tap the X in the upper left corner of each tab until all tabs have been closed

When the tabs open, tap the three dots (Overflow menu) in the upper right corner
Tap Close All Tabs
