With a mission to make consciously crafted, hemp-derived CBD as accessible and affordable as possible, Lazarus Naturals finalized a regional distribution deal with West Coast-based New Seasons Market to sell its range of wellness products at 28 stores in Oregon, Washington and California. Demand for CBD is booming among consumers seeking its beneficial effects. Some experts are predicting the CBD sales will exceed $22 billion in the next few years.

Lazarus Naturals’ popular CBD tinctures, topical balms, massage oils, coconut oil and pet products have arrived on store shelves. Previously available primarily online, Lazarus Naturals products cost the lowest per milligram of CBD. Its standard potency full spectrum CBD tinctures range from $12 to $70 for 225 to 1,800 milliliters, respectfully, which is about one-third of the cost of other CBD suppliers.

“Lazarus is built on the belief that pure CBD products should be available to those who need them most,” said Bill Germano, who joined Lazarus Naturals as vice president of sales after previous stints with food and beverage CPG brands including Kettle Foods, Thomas Kemper Soda and Anheuser-Busch. “Expanding availability through retail like New Seasons Market is a major step forward for our mission, and for normalizing CBD wellness solutions as a new category.”

Lazarus Naturals makes its CBD extracts in-house. It starts with hemp – newly recognized as an agricultural crop with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill – grown on its own farms in Oregon. Each batch of finished product is third-party tested for potency and purity, heavy metal and pesticide residues. Reports on the individual cannabinoid profile of each product are also available online. All its products are gluten-free, organic where possible and contain no artificial preservatives.

In addition to New Seasons Market, Lazarus Naturals products are sold at various regional health food stores and dispensaries throughout the U.S. Click here to visit our Store Locator and pick up your favorite products at a location near you.
