How To Make Pumpkin Lattes With French Vanilla Mocha Whipped Cream

The recipe makes about twice the whipped cream needed for the recipe, so be sure to save it in the refrigerator for another day or another dessert. It will last about one week.
Pumpkin Latte With French Vanilla Mocha Whipped Cream
Makes 2 servings, plus extra whipped cream
For the whipped cream:
1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated upside-down overnight (in the can)
4ml Lazarus Naturals French Vanilla Mocha Flavored High Potency Full-Spectrum CBD Tincture*
For the latte:
2½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons monkfruit 1:1 sugar substitute (or sweetener or choice, to taste)
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
To make the whipped cream:
Open the can of coconut milk right-side up and pour out any clear liquid that has separated from the thick white cream inside (you can save this “coconut water” for smoothies or other recipes). Scoop the condensed coconut cream into a medium bowl and add the Lazarus Naturals French Vanilla Mocha Flavored High Potency Full-Spectrum CBD Tincture. Whisk the mixture together very well, until the cream is whipped and fluffy, and begins to hold peaks. Set aside momentarily.
To make the latte:
Add the almond milk to a small saucepot and warm over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Adjust the heat to very low and add the pumpkin puree, monkfruit sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice,and espresso powder. Whisk until fully combined. Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into mugs. Top generously with prepared CBD whipped cream and enjoy warm.
