CBD's effects are highly individual. Serving sizes can range from 25–200 mg. To find the amount of CBD that’s right for you, start with 50 mg, wait two hours, and increase as needed. The dropper is marked every 0.25 ml (12.5 mg CBD.) Each milliliter contains 50 mg of CBD.

Using hemp grown on our own Lazarus Farms, we render CBD-rich extract from the plant using an ethanol-based process. We then dilute the extract with fractionated coconut oil to ensure accurate CBD concentration according to product potency. This CBD tincture uses whole plant extract containing a broad spectrum of naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes. All of our CBD tinctures are third-party tested for potency, pesticides and heavy metals. Our testing process ensures we offer a product that is natural, safe and consistent. I sustained a *********** and too many broken bones to count in a terrible car accident. I have tried many different kinds of CBD over the years. Very strong taste, a grassy chocolate more than mint. The effect is very very mild despite taking a full doppler. This was taken as a boost at 5pm and there was never really a boost but a gradual relaxing feeling, totally clear and thoughtful mind and focus when reading and having discussion. If you can get past the taste, the effect is subtle and noteworthy.

I will say I only find CBD to be effective at night, if I take it in the day time I cannot focus on work and it can actually affect my work negatively. When taken at night I notice a drastic improvement in sleep quality as evident by my Apple Watch tracking. Then the next day I just feel a sense of easiness and reduced anxiety, it makes the day go by much smoother. I take prescription medicines and on their own don’t do enough but combined with this tincture I feel very mellow.

Bought for my dog. Incredible results. She is old and has arthritis in her hips. Since using the product she hops around like a puppy again ❤
