I’ve been buying cbd caps from LN for over 2 years. They where the difference between me having control of my PTSD and not having control. I can honestly say life changing. I recommend these to every veteran I know.

I used to buy 10mg capsules from Lazarus but those are no longer available. 25mg makes me a bit too relaxed! Thus, I cut the dose in half by dissolving in water and then drinking half. I take my ~12.5mg in the morning after breakfast and I feel less anxious heading into the day. I tried the energy blend and even at half strength it made me too jittery, so I'll be ordering more of the "RELAX" blend.4 people found this helpful

I found adding this to my sleep regimen very helpful. I’m looking forward to trying the newer product that includes melatonin as I currently take that separately. I love Lazarus Naturals products!

I'm so disappointed about the formula change. It no longer has L-Triptophan (this used to come up when you looked for "sleep" formulas) and the new sleep formula makes no sense to me (and I can't take melatonin). This stuff used to be the ONLY thing that helped me sleep (and stay asleep! which is huge tbh), and the change in formulation for "all day use" really makes this a less attractive purchase for me.2 people found this helpful
