I have consistently used and loved the softgels, the only thing I have to say is I think the formula changed slightly. Before there was definitely terpenes and I loved the myercene! However, this was my latest batch in about six+ months, and I think there's more terps in the formula now. The terps just linger so long.. Like it comes up a lot throughout the day, and now if I take as many as before it makes me nauseous. Still an amazing product! Can't beat the value and quality :) Just lRead moreetting people know if its been awhile maybe just start with one.

These don't seem to help much with my anxiety, but does help relieve my shoulder pain and helps me sleep. I have had a lot of sleep issues and ever since taking these I've been getting a great night's sleep every night. They also don't leave me groggy in the morning which I love. I will be ordering more.

Just took after a long hard day jam packed with stress and I feel much better. It's not just the pain but I don't feel as overwhelmed or stressed our either. I like these.

I've been buying from Lazarus naturals for quite a while now. About 3 years.
A lot of people, especially middle age to older folks,,don't get benefit from cbd because they simply don't take a high enough dosage. I generally bought the cycling frog but they don't make that anymore so recently I've been buying the 50 mg which I take 2 pills twice A-day. I have experimented with one 100 mg and 200 mg daily, And the difference is there,, but 100 mg daily works for me oveRead morerall. For me CBD helps mainly with keeping a sleep pattern and foot pain. I don't really see how you can take too much ,,you might have excessive dry mouth. It does take time to build-up in your system. I think 50 to 100 mg A-day is a good starting point for anybody.
