I am in love with Lazarus Naturals. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for more than ten years now, I'm twenty so that is over half of my life. I have never felt this calm and sure of myself and two weeks after getting dumped no less. I started with a dose of 0.5 ml and I've been taking that once or twice a day for about a week now. My sleep patterns are seeing huge improvements and my overall stress is going down. I did miss a few days, so I'm sure it would be even more effective if I was a little more strict about taking it. The only thing I'm not a super fan of is the taste. I love the flavor of marijuana and I expected it to be more like that. It's more of a sweet coconut almost chocolately flavor mixed with some herbaciousness of the hemp plants. I love chocolate as well, I think it's just the sweetness that I'm not a fan of, it makes me feel a little queezy sometimes, but I just don't eat a lot of sweets in general. I've also been cutting down on my caffeine intake to help with my anxiety and one of the things I was a little worried about was taking cbd in the morning and wanting to just go back to sleep. This mixture doesn't make me even half as sleepy as cbd normally does, however when I take it in the evening it still helps me sleep. Amazing! I just need to find a coffee alternative that wakes me up a little more in the morning without making me so anxious and shaky. I've just been making hot cocoa with raw cocoa powder and honey, the cocoa has a little caffeine and helps build serotonin but I've still been feeling just a little more tired and unmotivated then I would like. Balancing anxiety and depression will probably be a life long journey for me but your tincture has helped me to start getting there. <30 people found this helpful

I was a big fan of the full-spectrum CBD and had been for some time. I thought I would give this a try when this had come out. It has been a few weeks now. I have noticed a big difference in my mood, my overall being. I live with chronic pain as a disabled veteran, yet this does something more than the full-spectrum did.
