Works great for me. The addition of melatonin in a small amount helps guide you to sleep on those nights when things are a little too hectic.

Typically melatonin has little to no impact on my sleep. When I take this product though, I am actually able to stay asleep for a majority of the night! I’ve taken 15-20 mg of melatonin by itself and not felt anything, whereas with this product I can take 2-3 and be ready for bed in 30 minutes.

This company has such good quality products, however, I did try this pills and they didn’t work at all to help me to sleep they have 5mg of melatonin the first night I tried one pill and the second night 2 pills, they relaxed me and made my eyes heavy but I wasn’t able to fall asleep, I didn’t want to try 3 capsules because in the past melatonin gave me headaches and tachycardia. I have been suffering from insomnia for the last 6 months, I have try so many things nothing had helped me at all onlRead morey the medication prescribed by my doctor. I was diagnosed with deficiency of vitamin B12 and D3, I’m currently taking them and feeling better but the insomnia doesn’t improve.

I really like Lazarus Naturals. Great company and VERY high quality products. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. That said, this particular product doesn't really do anything for me in terms of sleep. It seems to have no effect at all on me getting drowsy or falling asleep. Probably a very case-by-case basis but not effective for me.
