These capsules have improved my sleep. I went from waking 3-4 times a night or waking at 3:30 and not going back to sleep, to sleeping at least 6 hours straight, and often more. No problems with "burping". I did notice some morning fatigue after taking them for several months, so stopped for bit, then began them again when I started waking in the night. That system seems to work for me.

Inclusion of terpenes makes these super hard on the stomach, can hardly stand to take one. Not to mention the terp burps for hours after ingestion. Overall disappointed in the product.

Did the formula get changed somewhat recently? I saw a fairly recent review where someone was complaining about "diesel burps" and was confused as having ordered this product several times I had not experienced that. Well, with this latest order I am in fact experiencing an upset stomach and had those burps lasting hours.

My father takes this because he gets anxiety and sometimes panic attacks during dialysis treatment. He 78 years old and we have tried other products and this by far has helped him so much.
