The cons:
-Hard on the stomach even taken with food. Burps that taste like diesel lasting for two hours or more.

My husband takes the 200mg at night and this lighter 100mg throughout the day as needed. It's a great option to have when less is more. Absolutely love all the gel caps by Lazarus Naturals. High quality, incredible products!

Thank you for making these Softgels! I have a chronic debilitating neurological disorder that I don't have pain relief, due to, constant flare-ups especially during cold days & months.
