From helping my wife's back, the tendons around my elbow and both of our worn out and beat up leg muscles, this stuff is the best. A single pump or 4 good pumps it helps. I'd rather use this over bengay any day.

I have bought this several times. My favorite for immediate pain relief of all products. I won't use any other brand of pain relief gels or creams now. Husband uses too for his pain.
