This gel has become my workout partner. I also use other Lazarus remedies for pain, and this one works best for me after I exercise. It works quickly and provides relief when and where I need it. Sore muscles and carpal tunnel aches are no match for this gel. And the small size of this version was good value to test and see if it works. It does!

I have excruciating migraines, where absolutely nothing I get from anyone anywhere helps me. I get anywhere from 1-3 a day. This has been a lifesaver!!! Using it on my temples, behind my ears, and 3rd eye. It relieves a large portion of my discomfort extremely quickly. I do not know how I would have made it through college otherwise.

This is the best muscle rub I've EVER used!I use it on almost every muscle, that gives me worries, even on my temples for a headache!! It's number uno, in my book for relief!! Wonderful stuff!

I'm in my late 60's and an avid golfer. I stretch and lift regularly as a way to minimize my aches that I attribute to aging. I apply a small amount of the Relief + Recovery gel to my shoulder and lower back before my workouts and other strenuous activity.
