For three weeks I have been having terrible muscle spasms in my lower left back. So intense it would shoot pain into my left hip joint causing me to almost fall. I went to a specialist thinking it was my hip but was told it was my left lower lumbar area. The doctor gave me medication to “fix” the problem, it did nothing for me. My body aches every morning when I wake up. The swelling is on my finger joints and my elbow. While this gel didn’t work on my elbow (darn it), it worked very well for my hands and took away the pain.
The smell is pretty strong of methanol but the coolness of the gel feels good.

I was in a bad car accident 8 years ago and still get back pain, mostly soft tissue. I've been living with the pain for years, until I decided to try this gel, not really believing that it would do much good. After applying the gel to my back, the pain goes completely away most of the time, and it lasts for hours! This stuff is great, I love it, and I really like the smell as well. This is just about the only thing that works to relieve my joint pain. I massage it into my knees and ankles using my hand, and that helps with any stiffness I may have in my hand that day. The menthol scent is there and does make my eyes water a bit, but not as badly as some other straight menthol preparations I have used. Thanks Lazarus!
