This is my first time using a CBD product for sleep. For years I have been dependent on some sort of sleep aid and have gone through vicious cycles of finding something that would work for a short while and then having to switch to something else because whatever I was using would stop working. Nothing else worked. I gave this a try and to my surprise, it helped! While these gummy‘s do not taste great, they really do help with me getting relaxed enough to actually fall asleep, and stay asleep thRead moreroughout the night. I feel like I get much more restful sleep, and don’t feel groggy when I wake up in the morning. I just ordered another bottle, and hope that they expand on the flavors available as the current one to tastes like the aftertaste of an IPA beer- not good at all to me, but hey, it works so I’ll keep taking it! I take it about an hour before I plan on wanting to be asleep, and I brush my teeth after taking them, so the taste in my mouth does not linger.

I was pleased with how I slept each night. Two gummies before bed. I have trouble sleeping normally. I started with the 10 pack. I'm convinced enough to purchase two large jars.
