I can't believe how well this works. My family has noticed I don't groan or grunt anymore when I sit or move or pick things up. It usually takes me two hours to fall asleep, but with this I fall asleep within 15-30 minutes, even if I've taken it hours before. When I wake up, I no longer feel stiff and sore. It's like a miracle.

I was sort of doubtful of this stuff but it worked wonderfully. I take half of a ml 3x a day Highly recommend, although you must take it sublingually. I wash it down with some juice.
