I'm very sensitive to caffeine and this lets me adjust my dosage in small increments since it's only 10mg per cap. (Even decaf coffee is too much for me.) The product does seem to be formulated to help me avoid some of the usual caffeine jitters I can experience, but I find that it's situationally dependent and I need to have a recent meal in me for my best results.

This is a must have if you’re looking for clean energy! No jitters at all, and you simply don’t feel tired. I take this in the morning with fruit and I’m good all day at work. More importantly, I have energy for my family after work.
