I was very excited to try these. But. They, unfortunately, have given me no benefits. I've taken one a day in the morning for 4 days and can still fall asleep at my desk. I have noticed (and husband and kids) have not seen any mood changes of any kind. I love Lazarus Naturals their creams and balms are amazing, but these were a miss for me.
