I took one today and for some reason it made me feel like I took a muscle relaxer with a sedative. No energy. Actually zapped energy and I am extremely hungry. I feel I am going to pass out . Not what I was hoping for in an energy supplement.

I got the day and night sample pack just to try them since I usually get full spectrum. Wasnt expecting much of a difference from the other CBD ive tried but as the other reviews say, it really is a nice little subtle energy boost that gets you thru the day. You dont feel jittery and its not a huge burst and then crash, it actually lasts thru the entire day - even with only 25mg of cbd.
