These energy CBD capsules help support a balanced mood and stress response during the day. I appreciate the addition of caffeine and L-theanine, both of which are found in green tea. I use these capsules alongside the relax ones (purple bottle) at night.

I take these during the day. I have an inverse relationship to caffeine. It relaxes me instead of energizing me. Took me years to figure out why coffee at work almost put me to sleep. I overthink a lot, and these seem to help keep me in a steady state. I appreciate that all of their capsules are plant fiber, instead of gelatin. Easier to digest, and I don't have to think about animals being utilized for our convenience. Highly recoRead moremmend, for either a pick up, or, for those like me, an evening out of an overactive brain.

I wish I were able to give this a minus star rating. I took one capsule in the morning after eating and oh my goodness...within a half hour my heart rate was thru the ceiling...and I was shaking so badly. I Will not recommend it to anyone for any reason. Waste of my money!!!
