The first time I took this I went to sleep. Slept great. The 2nd time I took it was early on a Saturday morning. I was feeling good but knew if I started cleaning I wouldn't anymore. But when I took it this time it made me sleepy all day. How do I know how much to really take?

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the RSO. I use 8-10 drops under my tongue 2-3 times daily. Sometimes I add it to my coffee and cream. RSO helps me relax and seems to help with hip pain and headaches as well. I am sure there are many other excellent benefits also. I will continue to order this product. Lazarus is a great company, keep up the good work!
