Like this oil quite a bit...I have not tried it for cooking yet but have found it very useful topically and love that I can use it for cooking too.

Love this product. I use it for myself but also for my pets. I apply a thin layer on my small animals ears when they don't feel good. Granted it tastes good so they can have it that way. I use it for a calming effect.
