OMG! It just works! It has a great smell and it's nice and cool when you put it on. It seems to take about 10 minutes to get to work, but with Tylenol and this, my back is actually not too bad. It also works on your feet! After walking all day at Six Flags, my feet were in PAIN...this relieved the muscles a lot faster than my meds did.

It helped a lot with muscle pain, but after 3 days of using daily on my neck and shoulders, it made my skin break out.

I have an autoimmune condition, and I must say this balm is a godsend! I rub a bit on my temples and joints, and within an hour or so I have relief! The pain's gone! This is great stuff, I carry it with me everywhere!

So, I just started using this yesterday. I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder and also suffer from RA as well as Fibro, so within 30 minutes of applying this to my shoulder and my hands I noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! and I sit at a desk for 8-10 hours a day, typing. I didn't have to re-apply this until 9 hours later!! By far some of the best stuff I have used that actually works!! I'm am Forever Grateful for this product.
