Good choice for those that cannot use sleep products with added melatonin. The taste and smell are stronger than other CBD tinctures however the benefit outweighs both.

The flavor is terrible but the effects are there. It may not sedate me but it does help me wind down more than Cbd alone.

I have been using this one for over a year. This combination helps me with relaxing, reduces anxiety of waking up in the middle of the night, balances out any THC products I use, and doesn't upset my sensitive stomach.
