- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Pinch salt

- 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
In a small saucepot, gently warm the almond milk over medium-low heat until it reaches a hot (but drinkable) temperature.

Sweeten with maple syrup, starting with 3 tablespoons, and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness, and blend in additional syrup if desired. Pour into mugs, and serve warm.
