From Our Farm to Your Door
We manage everything in-house to consistently deliver higher quality and effective products at an affordable price.
Farming
Our hemp is grown in-house on our Central Oregon farm along the 45th parallel. The sunny, dry climate is well suited for hemp, and we use drip irrigation, compost our own plant material and continually work to build healthier soil.
Extraction
After harvest, our hemp travels to our own extraction facility, where we use ultra-cold organic ethanol to extract cannabinoids and terpenes. From there, we refine it to the level each product needs, from full spectrum extract to distillate to pure isolate.
Formulation
We carefully source and vet every ingredient for quality, safety and function. Our formulas are built around research-backed active ingredients, with close attention to potency and bioavailability, then refined through testing and multiple rounds of formulation until we get the product right.
Testing
We test throughout the process to confirm potency, purity and safety. Every Lazarus Naturals product undergoes third-party testing for potency, heavy metals and pesticides, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on our website so you can see exactly what’s in your product.
Fulfillment
Once a formula passes testing, it’s packaged and prepared for shipment in-house. Because we manage the process ourselves, from farming and formulation through packaging and fulfillment, we have greater control over the quality of what ultimately reaches you.

This Full Spectrum CBD has been the answer to a lot of my issues. I feel calm now since using it. I have had anxiety and trouble sleeping in the past. I have been in the military and worked 30 years in flight medicine.
I no longer get anxious. If I have a breakthrough of anxiety, then I just take a little bit in a dropper, and I am fine within 30-60 minutes. My mood and sleep have improved. I feel an improvement of mental clarity. My health care provider approved this for me. I no longer have to take any other medications for anxiety or sleep. Talk to your health care provider to see if it is right for you. I highly recommend this.

It helps so much with my hip pain and just overall aches and pains. Thank you

Lazarus full spectrum CBD drops help my spinal stenosis and nerve pain more than any other prescription drug ever has.
I still awake some with nerve pain, but once I get up and take another dropper of the oil, I go back to sleep within a few minutes.
Most pain meds are now controlled substances and I'm thankful that CBD is available to me without worries of prescription drugs.

Lazarus CBD tincture has been incredibly helpful with my arthritic joints. It reduces the swelling and pain, which relaxes my body and then makes it easier to sleep. I've had bilateral hip and knee replacements and it helped pre and post surgery, as well. It relieves my other joints as well, especially my shoulders. The oil doesn't taste good, but I've gotten used to it and I just chase it down with water. And Lazarus's assistance program is phenomenal. I'm a fan for life!

I have been taking this CBD oil for 6 years. It s wonderful and less expensive than my other products. I’m a loyal customer and I hope the THC stays in the formula. I wake up with back pain then I take 1 3/4 tsp. And I’m good to go the rest of the day. It’s as important as coffee!

As a long time chronic pain sufferer, I in recent years discovered Lazarus full spectrum CBD tincture. For years I relied on prescription and over the counter pain relievers which were having adverse effects on my body. Since starting the addition of CBD, I have been able to greatly reduce the need for these pain relievers drastically.

Did the trick. I have trouble sleeping because of a rotator cuff issue with my right shoulder. This puts me out for at least a few hours. Better than other remedies I have tried.

This is really helpful for managing my anxiety.

I used to buy the Classic, but then I discovered the Strawberry Lemonade and it’s excellent—smooth with a pleasant sensation under my tongue. It works well for me, which is a big plus. Great company and great products. I can’t say enough good things about them!

It helps a lot with my anxiety. I’ve tried multiple CBD oil companies and I find this one to be the most effective. Everyone is going to feel differently but for me personally I take a dose when needed and it helps a ton when I’m feeling anxious. I bought the small bottle to try it and I just bought the big one today. I think I’ll be a lifelong customer.

The Strong Full Body flavor was a shock! I was use to sweet gummies and mild fruity tinctures. This is a Full Spectrum product.
I purchased it to help me with chronic pain. I had ordered a sampler from the company of Turmeric Full Spectrum gummies and had great success. I was rested when I woke in mornings and loved that effect. I hoped this would come close to that relief. It Has Delivered!
I began with ¼ ml and felt Relaxed. What a gift? I played with some remaining THC tincture added to this I take in early evenings. The last few days, I took ½ml of this tincture alone. I continue to feel less pain when I wake.
I have reduced use of Over The Counter pain relief I had taken for 2 decades. I feel this is a better option, especially since it doesnt affect me like a THC product does. I dont perceive any effects other than minor relaxation before bed and lowered pain levels in AM.
I learned my procrastination is gone. I get things done! I dont hesitate to tackle a big project. Since Ive used it, I had to go through everything in my home in search of a family treasure that was supposed to be passed on. I have had what I call minor muscle twinges from apl of the lifting and toting. I should hurt more since I had not been active and fit due to chronic pain.
I will add a daily Golden Milk drink similar to my original turmeric gummies ingredients and see how the combination affects me. I will continue to use this product. The large bottle is a good value for the money and CBD it contains. I would recommend it to others.
As for the flavor, I am used to it. I had to be patient and just experience the Bold taste. I hold the liquid under my tongue for a few minutes for better absorption. It is tolerable.
Another benefit in the heat of summer is earlier bedtime which means I can do yard work before the heat is at its worst. Give it a try.
