so i have adhd and i’ve been prescribed medication for it (aderall) and although its helped a lot to manage my adhd symptoms its made it really hard for me to fall asleep so i wanted to give these a try, and omg, i feel asleep within 30 minutes of taking it, i only took one capsule and ive been doing it for about a week and its helped me tremendously, if youre in the same situation as me id definitely recommend these.

Like a past reviewer, I would also like to know how much melatonin is in each capsule?
The CBD/CBG/CBN amounts are listed clearly but nowhere on the packaging does it say how much melatonin. Many people don’t realize that melatonin in a lower dosage is more affective and higher dosages of melatonin can have the opposite affect of making it harder to fall and stay asleep, which I suspect is an issue for these because they do not help sleep and unfortunately seem to make it harder. I’ve had sleepRead more problems for years and have found 1-3 mg to be ideal. Have taken these a few times now and wake up with a rip roaring headache. Bought a 40 count bottle which will go in the trash after using three. The regular ones work great. The +melatonin is bad news. Guess I’m out the cost of a 40 ct bottle.
