It’s still allergy season here in FL and I’ve been using these daily from the start. The anti-inflammation properties of CBD keep my breathing passages open and I take it before bedtime. Good if you use a CPAP machine too.

This is by far my most bought item from Lazarus. I would consider it my favorite, sure, but it's my go to item whenever I feel stressed or overstimulated/overwhelmed. It's the best solution for me. Just 2 capsules are enough to take off the edge off of everyday stress as well, sometimes 3, and in rare cases 4 a day. Real lifesaver.

I use the Calm capsules to help keep my anxiety and stress levels under control. Usually in the afternoon I take them with a cup of tea. I am a senior citizen who has suffered with Long Covid now for almost 3 years. These help me relax and keep the inflammation, caused by stress, at low levels. i use the sleep capsules every night too. Disrupted sleep is also a symptom of my long Covid. With the Sleep capsules I get a good nights rest. critiacl for my well being.

These are very handy if I don't fancy any taste in my mouth from gummies or tinctures (i.e. after brushing teeth). Just as effective and high quality. Nice to have options.

This **** is legit!!

I find that even microdosing THC (various strains) I can't get a consistent relaxed effect. On many occasions I get a little anxious or depressed. Doubly so if I take larger doses.

I decided to go back to CBD and to my surprise, and delight, 2 capsules of Calm really hit the spot! It's extremely subtle, I can't really tell when it starts or ends; you kind of don't realize it until you're in it. It's probably 20-30 minutes and poof! The next thing you know you feel a lot more relaxed. Obviously the high isn't there but who needs that if I can achieve calm.

I'm super sensitive to dosage so I usually stick to 2 but I am experimenting within increasing/decreasing dosage.

I started with the 40 pack; however, they work so well that I graduated to the 200 pack.

Definitely worth giving it a try if you're looking to ease your anxiety!

This CBD has been a game changer for me. I’ve struggled with anxiety for many years and have tried everything from box breathing to lorazepam. While these things have been helpful in their own way, nothing has helped “keep a lid“ on the anxious feeling that seems to accumulate over the course of the day. Taking the CBD almost instantly helped alleviate the tension or “electricity” sensation in my chest and the racing thoughts at night, which often lead to insomnia. I’ve slept consistently and well ever since I started taking the 50mg per day. Very pleased.

Having a special needs granddaughter with sleep disorders, these work amazing to help her fall asleep and stay asleep through most of the night. I wouldn't be without them. Thank you for your wonderful, beneficial products!

Take 1 about 30 minutes before bedtime and relaxes me enough to go to sleep easily. Also if I have busy day planned, taking 1 soon after I get up helps keep my nerves under control.

I love Lazarus Naturals and have been using your products for years now. I truly appreciate all that you guys do! I've been taking the RELAX capsules (w/L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, chamomile and CBD) for years now and i honestly can't go without them. They've helped me immensely with my crippling stress/anxiety and have relieved practically all of my menopausal symptoms. However, i recently ran out & just ordered this newer formula of the CALM and they're not effective for me at all. :(My anxiety has been up the roof the past week or so, really for no reason since i ran out of the other ones and started these. I feel absolutely no relief from these. :( Please, please bring back the other formulation that was in the RELAX capsules; Ashwagandha 200 mg Chamomile 150 mg & L-Theanine 150 mg. Now i'm going to have to purchase some of the other supplements (Chamomile, Ashwagandha) separately that were in the other RELAX formula to make up for what isn't in these new CALM ones. These don't have any chamomile at all which really helps immensely, and these only have 125mg Ashwagandha vs the 200mg the other RELAX capsules had.

Just started using them.

I take two about mid day, and seems to take the edge off.

Plus seem to sleep better
