- Each capsule contains 25mg of CBD
- Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (Hypromellose, Water), Ashwagandha Extract, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Chamomile Extract, L-Theanine, Full Spectrum Hemp Extract, Organic Coconut MCT Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL). Contains: Tree Nuts (Coconut)
- Consult your doctor before use if you have been advised against eating grapefruit. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. Do not use if tamper seal is broken.
CBD's effects are highly individual. Serving sizes can range from 25-200 mg. To find the amount of CBD that's right for you, start with two capsules (50 mg), wait two hours, and increase as needed.

I found adding this to my sleep regimen very helpful. I’m looking forward to trying the newer product that includes melatonin as I currently take that separately. I love Lazarus Naturals products!

I was very surprised when I took these capsules. It might be the other ingredients, but this is the most effective CBD product I have used from any vendor (and I've tried hundreds). I am extremely happy with this product.
