From Our Farm to Your Door
We manage everything in-house to consistently deliver higher quality and effective products at an affordable price.
Farming
Our hemp is grown in-house on our Central Oregon farm along the 45th parallel. The sunny, dry climate is well suited for hemp, and we use drip irrigation, compost our own plant material and continually work to build healthier soil.
Extraction
After harvest, our hemp travels to our own extraction facility, where we use ultra-cold organic ethanol to extract cannabinoids and terpenes. From there, we refine it to the level each product needs, from full spectrum extract to distillate to pure isolate.
Formulation
We carefully source and vet every ingredient for quality, safety and function. Our formulas are built around research-backed active ingredients, with close attention to potency and bioavailability, then refined through testing and multiple rounds of formulation until we get the product right.
Testing
We test throughout the process to confirm potency, purity and safety. Every Lazarus Naturals product undergoes third-party testing for potency, heavy metals and pesticides, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on our website so you can see exactly what’s in your product.
Fulfillment
Once a formula passes testing, it’s packaged and prepared for shipment in-house. Because we manage the process ourselves, from farming and formulation through packaging and fulfillment, we have greater control over the quality of what ultimately reaches you.

I’ve a Service injury on my right wrist and thumb base during “Close Combat” training when the DI’s shot real machine gun bullets & set off explosive charges around our mission path. This cream would ease and cancel my pain for several hours when I do my daily exercise routine. I am so grateful it makes my right wrist & thumb feel normal.

I can’t say enough good things about this cream! It’s thick, rich and creamy with a very light, pleasant scent that doesn’t overwhelm. It readily absorbs into skin even when used liberally and leaves no greasy or sticky residue. It leaves my skin well moisturized and soft so I find it’s great as a hand cream too. I use it regularly for my arthritic ankle and joints and am simply amazed at how well and quickly it works! Exactly as described. I’ve tried other products containing Arnica and CBD both together and separately but nothing else has given me the level of benefit that this product from Lazarus does. I’ve gotten my best friend and my husband hooked on the stuff too, it’s great to have a product that works exactly as described and I refuse to ever be without it!!
Thanks, Lazarus Naturals! Another winner for me!

I use this every day before work to help with my back pain. I’m a barista so it’s a lot of time on my feet bending down to reach into our coolers and this lotion is great for keeping the worst of it at bay. I’ve been using it for a few years now and I love it.

My partner and I love this product. We just discovered it and my stressed muscles from too much computer work and gaming love this stuff! Joint pain, back pain. Pains other things cant even touch, this helps. Realistically it’s like 90% relief from pain in our experience. I have senior parents and gave them a tube and now they’re hooked too. I will continue recommending this product to anyone who’ll listen.

I have been using this product for a few years now almost everyday. It is the only thing that works for my severe neuropathy. The lotion is quickly absorbed and a bit goes a long way. I only wish it was scented with some Lavender to further calm me down.. This will continue to be my go to for all my wellness care. Oh yeah, the discount allows me to keep coming back so that is truly appreciated.

I have a neuromuscular disease that causes muscle wasting. It leaves me very unsteady on my feet. Over the summer, I lost my balance and fell in our garden. I suffered a displaced spiral fracture of my femur. I discovered this cream a few weeks ago and it has been a godsend! It helps with the throbbing and aching, and my incisions are healing nicely. It even helps with the nerve pain caused by my neuromuscular disease.
I also have the menthol muscle gel, but I don’t always want the menthol smell. I do think this works a little better for me than the muscle gel. And it smells lovely!
My only complaint is that the cream is a bit hard to squeeze out. It’s a great texture and melts right into my skin when I apply it. But I have hand problems caused by my neuromuscular disease and rheumatoid arthritis, and it is challenging to squeeze the tube.

I used this daily but have been out for a few weeks. Please do not eliminate or change this RECOVER CBD CREAM. It is perfect just like it is…..there just seems to be a supply problem with it on your end! Pls notify me when it is back in stock before it sells out again! It’s a great 😊 product!

I have heal spurs and a lot of arthritis everywhere. Daily I use CBD for the heal spurs just to be able to walk and sleep! I use it also on whatever joint is aggravating me. It lasts usually 12 hours which is wonderful. Morning and night that is all and I can go on about my day without debilitating pain. I love this cream. I carry it with me when I leave the house, just in case I need it. Thank you so much for this product..
