These gummies tasted nice and were much easier to chew than other brands I've bought, but unfortunately they just didn't work for me. They made me tired, but they didn't make my brain slow down enough for me to be sleepy (which is likely related to my ADHD). I'm sure they'd work great for someone else, but sadly not me.
