From Our Farm to Your Door
We manage everything in-house to consistently deliver higher quality and effective products at an affordable price.
Farming
Our hemp is grown in-house on our Central Oregon farm along the 45th parallel. The sunny, dry climate is well suited for hemp, and we use drip irrigation, compost our own plant material and continually work to build healthier soil.
Extraction
After harvest, our hemp travels to our own extraction facility, where we use ultra-cold organic ethanol to extract cannabinoids and terpenes. From there, we refine it to the level each product needs, from full spectrum extract to distillate to pure isolate.
Formulation
We carefully source and vet every ingredient for quality, safety and function. Our formulas are built around research-backed active ingredients, with close attention to potency and bioavailability, then refined through testing and multiple rounds of formulation until we get the product right.
Testing
We test throughout the process to confirm potency, purity and safety. Every Lazarus Naturals product undergoes third-party testing for potency, heavy metals and pesticides, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on our website so you can see exactly what’s in your product.
Fulfillment
Once a formula passes testing, it’s packaged and prepared for shipment in-house. Because we manage the process ourselves, from farming and formulation through packaging and fulfillment, we have greater control over the quality of what ultimately reaches you.

This stuff is like Liquid GOLD!!!!!!!! I have been using this for about 3-4 years. It took me a while to jump on the CBD train because I thought surely it can't do anything for MY PAIN. Was I ever WRONG!!!! It starts working while I'm still rubbing it in and hasn't been fully applied yet. Seems to be in full effect around 20 mins. And lasts around 3-4 hours at least. I also make suppositories and they are great for periods. Staff is always so helpful at anytime if needed. I will be a customer until I die. ALL the products are wonderful.

This is not only a great nutritional supplement but my wife and I have been using it for several years now topically to treat sore joints and dry skin and after a few years my wife realized that repeated use had reduced her lifelong auto related motion sickness almost completely! My wife and I hunt covered bridges for a hobby and those roads are hilly and twisty, traditionally roads my wife had to personally drive, slowly, to avoid nausea. Now she can be my passenger and we can drive at reasonable speeds with no nausea, it's borderline miraculous. Can't recommend this product enough, because of the changing cannabis laws we stocked up on ~ one years supply, which was no burden at this price.

I have been using this product for several years specifically because it can be used to relieve pain topically and its also edible, I can use it in recipes when my pain becomes unmanageable, this product increases my quality of life because its versatile and so affordable for people who are relying on disability incomes. Thank you so much Lazarus for making the difference with such quality products, I would not be able to have so much fun and be so active without the products you make! My grandkids thank you ! Happy Summer to all of you 😊

One of my favorite products I never want to run out of. I can eat it or use it as a topical and both give me great relief.
When I was in a car accident the amount of full body aches and pain was intense for several days. The one thing that gave me the best pain relief was using this coconut oil topically. It worked almost immediately after slathering it on my back, neck, shoulders, and ribs and lasts for hours.
It's great right off the spoon or mixed into a smoothie. I don't even have to use a very large dose to feel the effects, 1/2 tablespoon does the trick. I like to eat a little and then rub a little bit on the hurty painy areas and that works like a charm!!
My only complaint is that the coconut oil used to come in a glass jar and now it is in a plastic container. I hope they'll consider going back to glass even if that means adding a couple dollars to the price.
