My son is 22 with OCD, who has nonverbal ******. We tried all medical RX- horrific side effects.
I prefer the capsule than the oil. Easier for him to take. This is a lovely product and I hope they soon make it in gel form.

Tried one for the first time last night and I slept SO GOOD!! I’ve always had issues with sleeping, especially with getting solid sleep at night. But I took half of the recommended dose and it worked so well! I’ll be buying more of these for sure!
