So many strengths of the softgels to choose from, but have taken these a few consecutive nights and have had more restful sleep. Use the higher doses for [email protected]!% relief. I am new to Lazarus Naturals and trying my way through the many options--easy to want to buy everything.

I have been taking 50mg softgels for pain, joint inflamation, sleep, to relax, etc... This product is above 5 stars and the company has been awesome. I have never had any problems with the product or the company. I buy the 200 softgels so I don't run out. Especially, when I take more than one depending on the pain. Love, Lazarus. So, I ended up buying this at a local dealer after my postman returned my shipment back to sender the day after I received a pickup slip. After spending a week in horrible pain waiting(for a package that never returned despite opening an investigation), I picked up a bottle of 50mg 40ct capsules locally. I took 5 at once the first time because t
my sinus infection felt terrible. Not the proper way to take CBD, so afterwards I subsequently worked my way up from 1 pill. I ended up realizing I neeRead moreded 4 capsules to neutralize the pain. That's 200mg. I bought far less mg vs what I needed. I regretted that I did not buy a sample first before investing in an entire bottle. 2 weeks later, I ended up in the ER and being prescribed controlled meds because I unknowingly built up high tolerance to pain medicine. I have found that there are two things to look out for with CBD. Buy samples to make sure you aren't over/under ordering what you need. And watch your tolerance level. We all handle pain differently, but taking otc can cause your tolerance to shoot through the roof. This can also affect how you take CBD too. So watch out for it. All in all, great product. Good service. I never got around to calling customer service about my returned order. I just received a return, which I appreciate. I have been emotionally exhausted and just haven't made progress in my schedule. I am investing in a 100mg bottle next though.25 people found this helpful

I’ve been taking CBD for several years now and I have to say that these 50mg soft gels are perfect for me! I take one every morning for help with knee pain and *******.
