Pretty good recovery cream! I have used many CBD recovery creams with menthol or camphor in them, some requiring a prescription due to how strong they were. I find this product to be strong enough for me to use instead of the prescription ones and is a lot more convenient with the stick shape. Washes off well and doesn't track to other areas.
I've also used the arnica Recover cream they sell here and it worked better for me than this cream for my muscle aches so I am switching to tRead morehat product for times when I need relief from pain that don't need the menthol/camphor type of ice/heat sensation.4 people found this helpful

It is good, but I prefer the liquid to the balm as the balm doesn't seem to penetrate as well. The stick is nice to be able to target the application.

Love the lavender stick it works so well for me but I must say I really miss the rose I used it for the arthritis in my hands daily for so long and now that I’m out of my old stock and you don’t carry it I’m just lost!

Hello, Well, the balm we have is in a tin, but it looks like the packaging of it has been changed to a stick. So, my review is about the balm in the tin. This is marvelous for helping my husband relax and fall asleep (as a massage medium). Recently my husband (sho is stage 4 Prostate Cancer) got a "mystery rash" that no docotr seems to be able to identify.
