You’ve been earning those points on your orders, and now it’s time to put them to work! Our Rewards Program lets you earn points as you shop and complete other activities, then turn those points into cash or percentages off on future orders.
Not sure where to find your points or how to use a reward once you’ve earned it? No problem. We’ll walk you through where to find your rewards, how to redeem your points, and how to apply your discount at checkout, including when you’re shopping with Subscribe & Save.
Step 1: Log In or Create Your Account
Logging in and creating an account happen in the same place, and there’s no password to remember. You’ll just need access to your email to receive a 6-digit verification code.
On A Desktop:
- From our website, click the person icon in the top-right corner.
- Under Sign in or create account, enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for your 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code to log in.
On Mobile:
- Tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of our mobile site.
- Tap Sign In with the person icon in the green bar.
- Enter your email address in the menu that opens.
- Check your inbox for your 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code to log in.
If you’re new to Lazarus Naturals, entering your email creates your account automatically. You’ll also receive 50 Rewards Points for registering.
Step 2: Visit the Rewards Page
Once you’re logged in, you can access your Rewards page from your account menu.
On Desktop:
- Click the green circle with the first letter of your email in the top-right corner. Your current points balance will appear below it.
- Select Rewards from the dropdown menu.
Your account menu also includes Orders, where you can view your order history and status, and Profile, where you can manage your account information, including your physical address and email preferences.
On Mobile:
- Open the hamburger menu in the top-left corner.
- Tap the white circle with the first letter of your email next to your points balance in the green bar.
- Select Rewards from the menu.
The Rewards page has the same layout on desktop and mobile. Here’s what you’ll find as you scroll:
- Your Points: Your current Rewards Points balance.
- Your Rewards: Any rewards you’ve already claimed and have available to use. If you’ve just created your account or haven’t placed an order yet, this section may be empty.
- Earn Reward Points: A breakdown of the ways you can earn points. You can use the buttons here to complete eligible activities, such as following us on social media. Be sure to complete these activities through the Rewards page so the system can track them and add your points.
- Rewards: Available rewards you can claim once you’ve earned enough points. Rewards are available in $5, $10, $20, $30, and $40 amounts. Once you claim a reward, it will appear under Your Rewards and can be used at checkout.
- History: A record of your Rewards Points activity, including points earned from purchases and other activities, as well as rewards you’ve claimed. Think of it as your Rewards Points receipt.
- FAQ: A helpful collection of answers about the Rewards Program, including how to earn and redeem points, how referrals work, and more.
Step 3: Earn More Rewards Points
You’ll earn 1 Rewards Point for every $1 you spend. But you don’t have to wait for your next purchase to start building your balance. There are several ways to earn free points right from the Rewards page.
- Go to the Rewards page.
- Scroll down to Earn Reward Points.
- Click the buttons for the activities you’d like to complete and follow the prompts.
Here’s what you can earn:
- Create an Account: 50 points
- Happy Birthday: 200 points
- Like Us On Facebook: 25 points
- Follow Us On Instagram: 25 points
- Sign Up for Emails: 25 points
- Refer A Friend: 400 points
- Make a Purchase: 1 point per $1 spent
A few quick activities can add up fast. For example, completing registration, liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, and subscribing to our emails will earn you 125 points before you even make a purchase, which is already enough to claim a $5 reward.
Step 4: Redeem Your Points
Have your points? Let’s turn them into a reward.
- On the Rewards page, scroll to the Rewards section found below the Earn Rewards section.
- Find the $5 discount and click Get Reward.
- In the pop-up, click Redeem to exchange 100 points for your $5 reward.
- Your reward will be added to Your Rewards and will be ready to use at checkout.
You can save your points for a larger reward if you’d rather wait. You can also use Redeem your points when you checkout to apply your points directly toward a purchase at a rate of 20 points per $1. You’ll need at least 100 points to use this option.
Step 5: Apply Your Reward at Checkout
Once you’ve redeemed your points, you’ll receive a voucher code you can use at checkout.
On Desktop:
- Copy your voucher code from the pop-up after redeeming your reward.
- Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the right side of the checkout page, find the Discount code or gift card field below your order details.
- Paste your code into the field and click Apply.
- Complete your checkout.
On Mobile:
- Copy your voucher code from the pop-up after redeeming your reward.
- Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information.
- Tap Add discount above the order total.
- Paste your voucher code into the field and tap Apply.
- Complete your checkout.
Forgot to copy the code? No problem. Go back to the Rewards page, scroll to Your Rewards, and click the reward you claimed to view the code again.
Your voucher is valid until you use it, so you don’t have to use it right away.
Using Points at Checkout
You can also redeem your points directly during checkout instead of claiming a voucher ahead of time. Once you’re signed in, choose how many points you’d like to redeem and click Redeem. You can redeem between 100 and 800 points for $5–$40 off your purchase.
Want to Use Rewards on Recurring Subscriptions?
Autoship orders automatically receive a subscription discount, and loyalty rewards can be combined with it. Your loyalty reward will apply to one order only, not every recurring shipment.
To Start a Subscription
- Go to the product you’d like to receive regularly.
- Select Subscribe with Autoship instead of One Time Purchase.
- Choose your quantity and delivery frequency.
- Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
To Use a Reward on an Autoship Order
Make sure you’re signed in to your account, then enter your Rewards voucher code in the discount field in the subscription management portal. The reward will apply to that order while your Autoship discount continues to apply.
You can also use loyalty points on Autoship orders by redeeming your points for a reward and entering the resulting voucher code in the subscription management portal.
Manage Your Subscriptions
You can make changes to your Autoship orders at any time. From your account menu, select My Subscriptions to:
- Edit or cancel a subscription
- Skip or reschedule an upcoming order
- Change your delivery date
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Use a Rewards voucher
Refer Your Friends and Earn More Rewards
Want to earn more Rewards Points? You can refer a friend right from the Rewards page.
- Scroll to Earn Reward Points.
- Click Refer A Friend.
- A pop-up will open with your unique referral link.
- Use the buttons to share your link directly, or copy the link and share it wherever you’d like.
When a friend uses your referral link to make their first purchase of $40 or more, they’ll receive 20% off and you’ll earn 400 Rewards Points.
Your referral link can be used by up to 5 new customers. You’ll receive an email when you earn referral points, and you can also see them in your Rewards History.
Other Important Stuff
Earning and using rewards points is easy, but you should know a few other things. For starters, loyalty rewards cannot be used with ongoing promotions that explicitly state "cannot be stacked with other offers." Also, your rewards points will expire 12 months after your last activity, but we'll remind you two weeks before they disappear.
