At Lazarus Naturals, giving back isn’t something we reserve for the holidays—it’s woven into how we do business year-round. But every Memorial Day, we pause with intention. We remember. We reflect. And we act.
This year, we’re proud to have partnered with Mission 22—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Veterans and their families through holistic, long-term healing programs. From May 19–26, we donated $5 from every order to support their vital work.
Why Mission 22?
Veterans face a wide range of challenges when transitioning to civilian life—many of which go unseen. In 2014, a study from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs estimated that 22 Veterans died by suicide every day. That number became the rallying cry behind Mission 22—a name that honors those lives while fighting to change the statistic.
Mission 22 meets Veterans and their families at the crossroads of service and struggle, offering programs that address post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, and other invisible wounds of war.
What makes their approach unique is their belief in comprehensive, whole-person healing. Mission 22 provides access to natural wellness support, mental health resources, peer connection, and family-focused tools—all at no cost to Veterans or their loved ones.

What Memorial Day Means to Us
For many, Memorial Day is a time to celebrate the start of summer—but at its core, it’s about remembrance. It’s about honoring the lives of those who served—and about recognizing that the path to healing doesn’t end when service does.
We believe our nation’s Veterans deserve more than a thank you. They deserve access to the care and community they need to thrive.
